Footprints in Illahua Chico the 15th of February

In the province of Tungurahua is located the indigenous community of Illahua Chico. The Church Betaña that is located here were who invited us to do Footprints for 318 children and their parents on the 15th of February.
A talk about domestic violence, child abuse and trafficking of minors was carried out for the parents as well as a separate talk about these same topics for the children were they learned to say NO to abuse, NO to violence, NO to trafficking of minors and NO to drugs.
The local volunteers helped with the handing out of the bags that contained a pair of shoes, a pair of socks and a towel. They also were in charge of washing the children´s feet.
