Footprints reaches 693 children in Riobamba

The 30th of May the Footprints team, in collaboration with the IEE Horeb church, carried out 4 events in the city of Riobamba, reaching 693 children and their parents. Footprints was carried out in 4 schools in the city of Riobamba were the students and their parents came. We carried out a talk for the children, accompanied by our friend Archiblu, and another talk for the parents about child abuse, trafficking of minors and domestic violence.

With the help of local volunteers we were able to organize the children to be able to deliver a pair of socks, shoes and a towel to each child. After they received this they were attended by another group of volunteers who washed their feet and put con talcum powder and new socks and shoes. The local church was also in charge of making a list of contact information of the people who attended so that they may follow up and secure spiritual growth.
